CJA5003 PUR This adhesive has a long open time and good green strength before curing is achieved.   It also exhibits resistance to heat and solvents. Tested according to our test methods. Customer trials are recommended. Processing Temp.: 110-130°C (230-266°F) in the melt Technical Data:  Density (g/ml):approx. 1.1 (9.1 lbs./gal) Color: natural NCO content: approx. 2.7% Cleaning:  Application equipment needs flushing daily with CJA-PUR Purge Clear to prevent nozzles from clogging overnight. Storage:   May be stored in properly closed original containers, cool and dry (15-25°C (59-77°F)). Best before date, please refer to label on the packaging unit. Packaging:  In moisture-proof sealed containers. Unit size upon request.
